Customer Satisfaction:

WAG has a patient satisfaction survey that will be done at specified intervals so that we can provide excellent customer service to your patients.

ORENTATION:

An orientation packet will be created based on your facility’s needs for our CRNAs.  CRNAs will be required to complete orientation prior to working their first shift at your facility.

POLICY AND PROCEDURES:

WAG has its own policy and procedure database.  These policies are evidence based from current practice standards and are updated annually by WAG staff.

CODE OF CONDUCT:

WAG has Code of Conduct standards.  These standards clearly define expected performance standards for our anesthesia providers.

MEDICAL STAFF SATISFACTION:

Medical staff satisfaction is a top priority for WAG.  WAG representatives will attend meetings as needed.  WAG representatives will conduct both formal and informal meetings with medical staff to monitor physician satisfaction with WAG providers.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT SATISFACTION:

WAG strives to provide excellent service to your clinical staff as well as your patients.  Leadership rounds will be conducted by a WAG representative.  These visits will focus on safety, adherence to policy and procedure, compliance, and other topics as needed.  These visits will include formal and informal meetings with clinical staff and management at your facility.
