WAG (Watson Anesthesia Group) will provide the appropriate staffing level necessary to meet the demands of your facility. The anesthesia providers will be highly skilled practitioners. Our practitioners are chosen and retained due to their exemplary customer service skills as well as their professionalism and skill set.
Accurate Medication Management and Documentation:
WAG performs weekly chart audits on anesthesia documentation. Any performance issue will be noted and the CRNA if necessary will be counseled. This form can be modified to fit the needs of your facility if mutually agreed upon by WAG.
Peer Review:
WAG has a robust peer review process. Charts are audited using a peer review tool created from evidence based practice standards. WAG contracts with an anesthesiologist to review a random sampling of charts every quarter. WAG provides a report of anesthesia performance in regards to these standards. Any issues found with clinical documentation and/or CRNA performance is peer reviewed and counsel provided if needed.
